From Humble Beginnings
to Industry Leadership

United Brothers Concrete Company (UBCC) was born from a vision of excellence in 1980, when our founders embarked on truck transportation and pipe extension works across Riyadh. With discipline, reliability, and a relentless work ethic, UBCC quickly established a reputation as a dependable partner in the Kingdom's expanding infrastructure landscape.

By 2006, recognizing the surging demand for quality concrete in Riyadh's construction boom, UBCC made a strategic investment: establishing a state of the art ready mix concrete factory. This milestone transformed our capabilities and positioned us as a key supplier to major projects across the capital.

In 2024, UBCC entered a bold new chapter expanding into full scale construction contracting and real estate development. Today, we bring a complete project delivery capability to clients seeking a partner who understands every layer of the built environment, from the first cubic meter of concrete to the final coat of paint.

Milestones

1980

The Beginning Transportation & Pipe Works

UBCC was established in Riyadh, beginning operations in truck transportation and pipe extension works. Our founders built the company on principles of reliability, hard work, and client commitment values that remain at our core today.

1990s

Growth & Expansion of Operations

Through the nineties, UBCC steadily expanded its transportation and civil works portfolio, growing a loyal client base and developing deep expertise in Riyadh's construction ecosystem.

2006

Ready Mix Concrete Factory Established

A landmark investment: UBCC opened its own ready mix concrete factory, giving us direct control over quality, consistency, and supply capacity. This factory quickly became the backbone of our operation, supplying concrete to hundreds of projects across Riyadh.

2015

Fleet Modernization & Technology Upgrade

UBCC invested in a comprehensive fleet modernization program introducing GPS-tracked concrete mixers, advanced boom pumps, and a digital operations management system to serve clients with greater precision.

2024

Construction & Real Estate Development

UBCC enters a transformative new era expanding into full construction contracting and real estate development. Now offering complete project delivery from design through construction to handover, UBCC is positioned as a leading Saudi construction group aligned with Vision 2030.
